The parking is absolutely ridiculous. AND you only get ONE COVERED SPOT FOR 30$???? LIKE WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH THE SPOT IF I DIDNT PAY YOU THE 30?? YOU CANT BUY ANOTHER SPOT NO MATTER WHAT!!! I've constantly spent an hour plus to find a spot even kind of near my apartment and still absolutely nothing. Annoying people keep stealing them too.

Lies & Disorganization Be careful with these guys. Aside from the silly way they organize their work, they say things that they don't actually do. Steer clear. Also, to others having issues with late fees due to due system - small claims court. I'm serious. It's not that hard and they need to show error on your part. This place conducts business in a fairly disgusting manner. Again, steer clear if you haven't already locked in.

I had a very disappointing experience living here. Throughout my time as a tenant, I had ongoing issues with neighbors below me, and whenever I raised concerns, management either ignored my complaints or was completely unhelpful. I felt dismissed and unsupported. During COVID, my work hours were cut significantly and I could no longer afford the apartment. I notified management that I would need to break my lease early, and I was told that would be fine. There was no indication at that time that there would be continued charges. Two months after I moved out, I was contacted by a former neighbor who informed me that the apartment building had caught fire and my entire unit burned down. I later learned that my daughter’s room was completely engulfed in flames. It is terrifying to think about how that could have ended if we had still been living there. I am beyond grateful we had already moved out. Despite this, the complex attempted to charge me rent for the months after I had already moved out — including the time when the apartment was destroyed and uninhabitable. As a single mom who did the responsible thing by notifying them and trying to handle everything properly, I was devastated when they went as far as garnishing my wages to collect this money. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic fairness throughout this entire situation was incredibly frustrating and financially damaging. I would strongly urge anyone considering renting here to get absolutely everything in writing and protect themselves. Or run.

this place is a joke. -gym equipment "under repair" for over 3 months... -there's a hot tub! in the gym. oh but it's been broken the entire almost year been here. -basketball courts are closed for FOUR MONTHS "due to trip hazard" (a tiny crack!) -pools all still closed! it's June 5th... -not enough parking for how many people rent here -pointless construction on the asphalt instead of the multiple balconies literally collapsing, or the "trip hazard" in basketball courts -also the concrete stairs for apartments break lmfao be careful!! -oh and ive seen THREE BIG TREES fall over and crush people's balconies and apartments. basically NO AMENITIES. plus maintenance and front office are all so unhelpful and mean to renters. don't waste your time or money. seriously. FIX IT. thanks.
