This was the worst place I have lived in a long time. We were there for a year and four months, as we had gotten stuck there after moving to Reno. There was a trespassed homeless drug addict living in front of our door for the first six months, management laughed and knew him by name stating he had been trespassed prior. We had to call the police after he broke into our unit, and then again when he got creepy with the kids. Management found every single excuse possible to enter our unit, and it got to the point where the inspections of various types were happening once a week. The whole place is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Our unit was kept spotless, and each inspection we were told we were the "cleanest apartment" they had seen. The pipes were constantly bursting and flooding the hallways and lobbies. A lot of water damage and molding in the hallways. People doing drugs and leaving paraphernalia in the halls, the stair wells, and the lobbies. Feces and urine, both animal and human, decorated the shared hallway walls, stairwells, and carpets. They only turned on air conditioning at the end of the summer, and only turned on heating at the end of the winter. They are constantly turning off the water and/or hot water to the units [hot water has been off nearly all month this month, I am still getting daily emails about the hot water being shut off]. The entire outside is covered in pidgeon feces, and those pidgeons are not healthy a lot of it is bloodied. When they decided to start renovating, they warned noone. I woke up one morning to my porch being completely gone. No warning, no board, just a three story drop out of my back door [they did board it up 3 days later]. They would begin roof construction as early as 6am, and completely tore out the inner hallway ceilings, exposing us all to whatever allergens and molds were in there for weeks before covering it [this also left hanging wires, some to the floor, and sharp metal broken pieces at eye level]. Towards the end of our 4 month lease, 2 weeks to be exact, we were given a no cause non renewal with a threat of a court ordered eviction to be carried out in May [our lease ended April 16th]. They then raised our rent for april by $100, without warning, and then added month to month fees for April. On April 1st a $3000 charge was put on our bill for April and May rent, even though we made it clear we would be obeying the no cause non renewal. We did vacate the unit and contact a legal aid, but were told that the lease we signed allows them to pull this on us. We have not been able to make contact with management to let them know we have vacated the unit. We have called, texted, emailed, sent messages in the loft living app, and gone to the office in person, all in vain. Living here was the most miserable thing. Oh and the fire alarms go off so frequently that NOONE takes them seriously, and even though this complex was previously fined for wasting the fire departments time, it is still constant. Sometimes 3 or 4 times a day and night. Plus the train that goes under the wells bridge 2 to 3 times a night, blaring its horn for a few miles to warn the homeless encampment. Usually around midnight, 3 am, and 5 am. Sometimes that varies. The elevators never work. The laundry rooms are on the first floor and always have issues [sometimes also have feces inside the dryers, so make sure you check!]. 0/10 would advise you RUN from this place!!!! Management changed at least once while we were there, but nothing got better at all.

Don’t even bother living here, management does not care about anyone. People try to break in constantly, I can promise “they will say we are working on improving security,” when they have not a damn thing. Listen to the negative reviews they are true, the five star reviews are all lies about this property!
