  We recently moved my mom in a few weeks ago and what a great place! Everyone is so nice and accommodating from all the people living here to the amazing staff with Lauren, Heather, etc. It's very clean, bright and open with alot of activities, events, shuttle service, weekly cleaning, dining/meals, and more!

  Be Careful. My friend lives here and he has had things stolen on more than one occasion. Most recently $5000 worth of hearing aids. The police found some of the stolen items in another resident's room. Management knows what is going on but continues to allow the habitual thief to live there.

  Do not at all costs live here my poor good friend has been dealing with elderly abuse, harassment and much more he is autistic and has other disabilities they have harassed and lied to him and he has been hospitalized due to the poor way they treat their tenants. He is in the process of sueing they had 3 people pass away in 1 week due to poor management please keep your elderly family far away as they treat them so poorly

  Was a tremendous move for me. I have never been with such wonderful residents and employees as well. The activities are constant and so well planned out. We have 2 very devoted activities directors, that work very hard to do the things we all (collectively choose) and the parties are well thought out and executed. I could go on suffice to say, it was the best decision I made to move to MT LAKES ESTATE'S in Reno NV.

  We just moved my Mom to mountain lakes community, we have been so impressed with the staff the facility and what it offers. It's a beautiful location and she has a view of the lake. They have been extremel accommodating. Not only have they treated my mom with respect compassion and a caring approach they also have treated the family in the same way. They made it easy for us to help with this transition giving us peace of mind. The integrity and their expertise that the staff displays, this would be the place I would refer to any one to take a loved one. With this approach to our aging community I wish them continued success and the experience we have seen they couldn't go wrong.Too often our elderly are disrespected and don't receive the care they deserve, Mountain Lakes keep up the good work our community needs this. Thank you to you and your staff from our family to yours. We genuinely appreciate the hard work and effort your team has provided .
