  Pros great for the space. Large Patio Large living room Decent kitchen You are dead smack in the middle of downtown and midtown New tenants will get a unit w a ok facelift Gated !!!! Please KIRMAN give your residents a gate clicker Property is actually very quiet and apt walls are well insulated. Cons *$450 tow Ultimate con if you forget to put that parking sticker up “ thetowingcom “ will tow your car when you call them for said information on how to get your car back it’s an AUTOMATIC $450. And no they don’t care for proof of name on lease. this towing company comes into the parking lot late at night looking for cars to tow. Put that parking permit up. Vents = Scary front door just needs some TLC AND A UPGRADE *No microwave, no in unit washer and dryer, no dishwasher

  Tell your maintenance crew to please dont do the landscape maintenance before 8 am. The weed eater at 720 in the morning is invading my personal space..... Thank You....
