  Greg is a true professional in all aspects of the real estate market. From start to finish he is always on top of his business when it comes to preparing your house for sale, listing and marketing the home, and making sure all the details of the closing process are clear and organized. He was with us every step of the way giving advice, setting up deadlines, and providing encouragement and patience throughout the entire process. Selling a house is stressful and having Greg as our agent took a lot of the burden and stress off of us. If I ever need to buy or sell property, Greg and his team at Chase International are the agents I want and will have in my corner. I highly recommend Greg and his team for any real estate needs.   When my husband and I bought our house it was on a complete whim. We were out cruising around the neighborhood, thought it would be cool to check out a house we saw and on the side of the road we found Gregg, quite literally. He was putting away open house signs for another house when we spotted him. We stopped to talk to him and he got us into the house we wanted to look at only minutes later. Within 3 days we put an offer in and the house was ours. During the entire process he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We look at Gregg and his team as good friends now and laugh about how we came to know him. We constantly refer people to the Gregg and the Moore Group because of the personable experience we had when buying our house. His genuine kindness and desire for his buyers to know what they are getting into only sealed the deal that much more. His guidance and his efficient efforts made the process a breeze.   Gregg is amazing. He helped us with a purchase of our NV home. What separates him from other realtors is that he is very patient and is not there for an immediate financial gain but rather wants his clients to be comfortable with their decisions. There were several homes that he even advised against knowing our circumstances. Gregg also supported us with a few things we needed after the purchase was completed. He has 100% of our trust and we would work with him again.

  We have used Gregg on two home purchases and one home sale. Gregg was always there to answer questions or do what was needed to get answers. He was always there when we needed him with his supportive attitude!! When our next move comes, he will be our first phone call!!
