  Do not lease an apartment if you need parking and don't secure it when you sign the lease. They do not have even close to enough parking and there is barely any street parking nearby. My son is currently living there and he has been towed many times which gets expensive. The street parking nearby is very limited and there isn't any hourly parking that is ever available if they just want to park for a few minutes to unload stuff into their apartment. Basically parking is terrible! Also, when he and his roommates moved into the apartment we had to wait 3 weeks for them to clean the common area after the other people moved out. They said it wasn't their responsibility but after several calls and emails they finally sent someone to clean it.

  Elizabeth toured us around today! The tour was so nice in itself and I really enjoyed the building!

  Zack the maintenance manger here is literally the best of the best. Our A/C stopped working a couple weeks ago and he came in, fixed it and fixed our dryer aswell in 5 minutes. We are so thankful for him and the great service he provided!!! Definitely makes living here 10x better knowing he’s there to help if we need it!!!

  Would not recommend living here. New management and suddenly everything is under construction. Our fire alarms have gone off 5 times in the past 3 months. They’re charging $100 per trash bag that’s left on the floor of the trash room when the chute system doesn’t work. Walls are super thin and you can hear every footstep from the people above you. Can’t wait to move out.
