DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is not what it seems. People always moving in and out: that should tell you something. It’s right off 4th st, that alone should have deterred me, but I was swayed by the “then” front desk people. When we first moved in, we didn’t have to pay for parking but it was hell trying to find a spot; they then started charging for covered parking, AND THEN they started charging for uncovered parking. If you didn’t have one of those then you had like 10 spots to try to get.. People always speeding in the community, dog poop everywhere. Maintenance doesn’t pick up trash. Units are cheaply built and fall apart, just wait for a wind storm and half the shingles fly off the roof. After move out, you’ll be charged for previous owners damages even when noted on report: they also refuse to do a walkthrough probably so they can charge more. You’ll never see the same face in the office because they’re always getting fired. If you look them up on the BBB, they have an F rating - enough said. Dog spa never reopened. Hated this place. Couldn’t wait to move. Staff make it unbearable

I currently reside here and my experience so far is not good at all. The manager lives directly below me and she takes every single opportunity to give me violations for noise. If we walk or talk in my apartment she hears us and she sends security to our door. It feels like I’m living in a prison. The floors and walls are so thin , I’m afraid to sneeze in my apartment. The experience here is not worth the money and it’s not comfortable at all for me. I feel picked on and I’m pretty sure that manager below me wants me out of the complex. I’d bet this apartment I live in is always empty because the manager doesn’t want anyone living above her. I also think that maybe because we’re black and she thinks she should be the only black person living here, she is trying her best to evict us. I hate feeling this way but I can only be honest. I wish I knew who her boss was so that I can report her for picking on us. Oh, one more thing, she also took an object and hit her ceiling a few times , which is my floor because she couldn’t stand to hear us walk in our apartment. We have to tip toe in here and it’s so frustrating and miserable.

I lived here for almost 2 yrs. Not the best experience I would say. Paper thin walls!!! Like to the point that I can hear my neighbor snoring every night. Horrendous parking situation, you’re gonna have to pay xtra if you want a “secured” parking spot/garage. Mgmt changed several times while I was there. The only pros that I can remember is the monthly event in the clubhouse other than that TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Their sales pitch is “resort living” I didn’t see or experience none of that.

You WILL NOT get your cleaning deposit back no matter what. We left the apartment absolutely spotless when moving out. The carpet was cleaned and the walls were not damaged at all (no paint was needed and all micro holes were patched). Then I received a letter in the mail saying I was being charged $125 for “paint” and $200 for “apartment cleaning charges.” In addition to that, I was told I owed more money for rent that had allegedly not been fully paid, despite me receiving a receipt right after paying it on the 1st. I contacted the office and asked them why no one bothered to call me if I still owed some rent. All I was told that it was not their job to do so. All in all, we ended up paying nearly $600 after moving out. Also, as many others have mentioned, parking is nightmare. They ended up assigning what used to “free spots” just to get people to pay more money.
