    I have lived here in these apartments since February 2024, this has been a very nice place for us to live. The apartments are spacious and nice. Melissa, the apartment manager is amazing! Anything that needs to be fixed she sends Hector, the maintenance man, over as soon and possible. Accordingly, both Melissa and Hector are very friendly, compassionate, and all around a great team. I highly recommend these affordable apartments!

    My son and his family just moved in at these apartments. Both Buddy, and his new wife Jeannae, just starting new jobs. The management did what was needed to make it possible.

    I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to Melissa. We have lived there for 2 years and enjoyed the last manager and the new manager Melissa. I am handicapped and have to move as I cannot get upstairs anymore but my apartment is huge and I will miss it alot. A few things were never fixed but I know with COVID it was so hard for the staff and playing catch up. The most important thing to me is how they treated me and how they always mean well. They really try hard Again....THANK YOU MELISSA AND TEAM.
