  This is the second time I have lived at this property. It must be good if I keep coming back. The management and staff are different this time and SOOO much better! But this is to give a huge thank to Zach for his hard work and immediate response to a big maintenance issue we had. He got it fixed immediately. Thank you!!

  Not the best place to live. I do regret coming here. Apart from personal life, valet trash isn't worth it. Expect flies at your door in the summer and unsightly bags of trash over the weekends, trash dumped at the center trash compactor (i think that's what it is). Definitely consider a place with assigned parking. At least you are guaranteed parking at any time you leave. Parking here is non existent after 5-6pm. I feel like a prisoner staying home just to keep my parking spot. Sure they have garages, if you have the extra money. Many residents don't know how to park properly, and are not considerate of other's vehicles. Some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs. Even little poops. Watch your step. Most times the poop bins are overflowing with other trash instead of actual poop bags. The lake in the back is covered in duck poop. It's not really a plus. Not even for a midnight stroll. The gym is mediocre and no updates have been done to it. The staff is nice for the most part, but yeah.. i miss taking my own trash out. Wow, i said that. Their only dumpster is at the far side of the property. Unfortunately for me, i chose an apartment on the complete opposite side. I miss going out during the evening or middle of the night. Once you leave, that parking spot will be gone. And the community gate is always open. When it's closed, it's funny how many residents forget their key fob. You'll see them waiting outside if they forgot the access code too. Im guilty of waiting once or twice. The apartments are nice inside with large windows, but you can't even open the windows because the bugs here is pretty insane. Even if you clean up the webbs in your private balcony or patio, they come back within a week. Honestly, this can't be luxury living. I hear ambulances around here more than I'd like. .. i actually miss hearing the coyotes where i used to live. I miss my own parking and letting fresh air into my place. My downstairs neighbor smokes weed in their patio. The whole building will smell skunky. The south meadows community,.. rush hour is crazy. It's nice to have so many stores and restaurants around the corner but with several traffic lights together, i usually get every red light and so much traffic to get thru. The rich(?) here don't care about the way they drive. I wouldve thought the opposite, but i get cut off and someone speeding on my tail just to get to a red light. It's always the newer vehicles, and aging (40s-50s?) folks too lol. I really thought south meadows was calm... but the people here are actually.. miserable? Idk. Just going to the grocery stores, or the McDonalds around the corner.. they are so unhappy. Does anyone else experience this? I stopped going to certain places.. spoiled teens and entitled adults? Well, happy apartment hunting.

  Worst place to possibly rent. Save yourself the money and rent somewhere safe, clean, and with reliable management. I was not able to move in at the time I was promised, the unit was not move-in ready when I finally was able to move in, the unit was not cleaned, pipes were not connected, bugs everywhere, and the property was very far from safe. The fences have holes in them that non-residents walk through freely. And to top it off, they refused to give me my deposit back in full after telling me, I wouldn’t be charged for any of the damages or cleaning that would need to happen. To top it off, the pool wasn’t open until late July and was so disgusting it was unusable. Seriously, save yourself the money and pay for something actually worth your time

  Been living here for over a year now and it’s been wonderful. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and overall a great place to call home. Anytime we’ve needed help, Myra has been amazing very friendly, responsive, and always on top of communication. We really appreciate her and the team here. Highly recommend Veridian at South Meadows
