  I could never get anyone in the office to call me back regarding what apts available and the price of rent. Each person would tell me something completely different. I don’t trust that at all. Everyone should be on the same page open and transparent.

  Look. There's a lot of people who review things when they aren't happy with things, to be honest - there has been some things I don't like as well, not necessarily wrong, but finicky things like pool hours and heating or the mail room, tiny things. I moved in at the beginning of September and I have fallen in love with this place. I've never felt like an apartment was a home. This place feels like it all the way. From the tiny cozy little fireplace, to the sound of the washer while we are cuddled up watching movies. When we move to Texas it will be with a heavy heart. We have created some life long memories and experienced so much in our time here... I love this place dearly and I will miss the moments we shared here every single day ♡ Thank you, Verge management for being more then a place - but for becoming a home. You have been great.

  Today I had an absolutely wonderful experience with a maintenance worker named Anthony! 10/10! Anthony came to my unit this morning in order to fix my toilet, which I told him had been fixed the night before. He could have just left, but he instead asked me if there was anything else that needed to be fixed- which was a yes! He was incredibly polite, and fixed issues that had troubled other maintenance men in only a few minutes, which included my washing machine and my garbage disposal! I hope to see more maintenance workers like Anthony in this complex in the future!
