  It's a very convenient location right by wingfield park and near a bus line which helps me out a lot. There is one concern o the 3rd floor, one of the dryers are not currently working which is a problem since the laundry rooms are not very big and could pose long wait times if enough people want to do their laundry at any given time, but so far other than that my experience here with tenants and staff have been good!

  They are pretty nice. Newly remodeled and under new management. The new property manager is really getting this place turned around and although it's taking time he is doing a very good job at it. And they are friendly as well. (the office) Tenants generally keep to themselves and are pretty quiet. Well at least on my floor as far as I know probably on the other floors too

  I've lived here for a year now and I absolutely love it I love the staff I love the environment I love how they're working so hard to get the building to look good all around it's been a very pleasant experience
