  Beautiful studio! So much to see and tons of choices. So much goes into designing your home, it unbelievably! Sandi was wonderful and very Knowledgeable. Our visit was amazing. Toll Brothers knows how to do it right!

  You will meet with three company sales representatives: Interior Logic Group, Control 4, and Attera Design. Toll Brothers does not provide management or control in this matter. Your schedule will be assigned by the customer concierge, which will follow the usual communication protocol. Most of your time may be spent with the Interior Logic Group. However, it's worth noting that they lack a comprehensive understanding of your specific house requirements. Their primary focus is on selling without adequate explanations of standard options. During meetings, they often seek information based on your inquiries, yet their knowledge of their own products is inconsistent. Their explanations tend to change, leading to pricing discrepancies due to unexplained options. This lack of clarity and consistency can cause delays. Additionally, their approach seems to prioritize on-site decision-making without allowing time for discussions with your spouse. The Interior Logic Group appears unprepared to assist customers promptly. For instance, requesting information on stair rail options resulted in a 30-minute delay to view a grey color photo, and pricing took more than a week. Their frequent response is "I will check it," with insufficient follow-up. Customers often experience waiting times, and the group only starts preparations when customers arrive. If you inquire about specific features, they may struggle to provide clear explanations. Regarding Control 4, they may not possess a comprehensive understanding of their offerings, often requiring higher-level technical assistance. Toll Brothers' claim of optical cable readiness conflicts with Control 4's provision of Cat5 Ethernet cables, rendering the optical cable line potentially useless. In summary, the design studio comprises three independent sales representatives who may not operate under effective control. Despite labeling themselves as designers, their professionalism appears lacking, primarily functioning as a sales team.
