  They remove negative reviews fyi. I left one about them trying to charge me $4,000+ in move out fees among a list of other complaints and it’s vanished.

  Run. Do NOT move here. Villas has a reputation for outrageous move out fees and I wish I had paid more attention to all the negative reviews saying the same thing. They are finding ways of passing on regular maintenance costs onto the renter. After staying here only a year I was told they needed to repaint the entire place due to holes in the wall. And I was slapped with a $2,300 painting fee ON TOP of taking my $500 deposit. You read that right- $2,800 they charged me to move out after 12 months. You’ll find plenty more reviews with similar complaints. Just do a quick google search and you’ll gain more insight. There’s even a Reddit thread where they charged someone $3k to move out- (painting fee again) and they took Villas to court and won the case. Please, please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Save yourself the money and the stress of paying out the nose when you move. I greatly regret the day I signed that lease.

  Nice apartments, but every year they raise the cost of the add on fees. Like why does my garage cost $50 more per month? Am I getting any sort of an upgrade? No. And the mandatory $120 a month for direct tv sucks.

  This complex had the most caring and respectful employees. I absolutely love it here and would recommend living here to any and all people looking for a place that you can call home!

  First the good - The staff are wonderful and I’ve met most of them. They are professional, responsive and just generally nice individuals. Although the complex is 10 years old, our apartment is in great shape and during our initial walkthrough, Kayana made sure that we were completely satisfied before she left. As we are on the top floor, noise has not been an issue however I can say that overall the complex is quiet and people are friendly. And finally, the events and contests the staff do are fun and I hope they continue. Now for the bad…sorry but I got nothing. We truly enjoy living here and hopefully we will stay for a very long time.
