  This complex had the most caring and respectful employees. I absolutely love it here and would recommend living here to any and all people looking for a place that you can call home!

  First the good - The staff are wonderful and I’ve met most of them. They are professional, responsive and just generally nice individuals. Although the complex is 10 years old, our apartment is in great shape and during our initial walkthrough, Kayana made sure that we were completely satisfied before she left. As we are on the top floor, noise has not been an issue however I can say that overall the complex is quiet and people are friendly. And finally, the events and contests the staff do are fun and I hope they continue. Now for the bad…sorry but I got nothing. We truly enjoy living here and hopefully we will stay for a very long time.

  Wow I never ever one to go there again I almost got killed by this neighbor downstairs please don’t move here but I liked my best apartment

  My girlfriend and I just moved in and have had a great experience so far! Our leasing agent, Kayana, was kind and seemed to actually care for our wellbeing and comfort, which I cannot say was my experience at most other apartment’s that we have toured. For example, I have had issues with mold in the past and Kayana offered to repair any potential problems in our unit before we even moved in, and they actually followed through. Additionally, the place is beautiful has more perks and luxuries than most apartment complexes. Great experience!

  I have never felt so incredibly betrayed by a complex in my life. I lived at this place for nearly 5 years and I loved my apartment. I loved my life there, until it was utterly ruined by the very apartment that once gave me so much joy. I once overlooked their waterheaters bursting every year causing signifcant damage because they actually did something about it. Even on christmas day...when it burst flooded and froze. But! The best is yet to come! My daughter started to become ill and I had to take her to the dr. They were stumped thinking it could be strep. Until, we noticed that our walls in the bathroom were starting to disintegrate. I immediately contacted the office, and instead of helping, I did the investigation of finding out the 3rd floor apartment was leaking into our walls. Finally after telling them the urgency they investigated. Realizing the density they kindly offered us to stay up in one of the "model apartments." We could only be there between the hours of 5pm to 8am. Oh and by the way we could never access this model apartment and when I finally contacted emergency maitnenance to let us in, the water heater had burst in there so the water was off. We had absolutely no where to stay. They gave ZERO cares. I am a single mother and have 3 children in the home. We had to stay with friends and or family. I told the walls were and how thick the air had become. It was so awful. I had it tested and it was a LEVEL 5!! My whole life just fell apart. I had just started a new job, I was not financially ready to make a move and they said we could stay while they made repairs!!?!?! You didn't cover the mold, you didn't give us a safe place to go. They offered me another apartment at a higher cost, and asked me to pay another deposit. I was mortified but we had no where else to go. I am not in mold remediation so of course I did my best to get out of there as fast as a I could. They charged me for it all! They told me I was going to have to pay for everything. I can't barely find a place to live after they charged me with nearly 14000 dollars in damages. The apartment they put me in was filled with roaches. I ended up losing everything financially because of this move. This situation ruined my life. These people are terrible.
