  Lived there for about 5 years. The complex got purchased out and all went to crap. Put in Maintenance request for dishwasher. Every time they “cleaned it” it was worse a week later. Only till I threatened a doctors note did they replace the dishwasher.

  I lived here for 2 years and I am very unpleased. For how high they are asking for rent a lot of things break. Maintenance takes forever to get down to fix anything. No one picks up after their dog. Mold grows in my apartment. It’s just crazy. It’s nice neighborhood yeah but I want to come home to less stress but I constantly have stuff breaking and waiting for maintenance to come around to it. The valet trash is a joke. Why do I have to take my trash can back into my apartment?? Isn’t that unsanitary???? Let alone the flies that come due to it. My apartment was dirty when we moved it. Don’t know who they hire to clean but my apartment wasn’t. I had dirty base boards, a wasp nest in my patio, the bathrooms were so dirty. Like if they want to be treated like luxury apartments then maybe they should take better care of their residents and fix the problems. The new club house is nice, but it’s seems they are more focused on that then getting mold out of the apartments or even trying to make the apartments nice. I will definitely not be renewing my lease again.
