  Never have I lived here but if you have a discharged bankruptcy you can’t rent here unless it’s been discharged for two years. Which is absolutely ridiculous. However the complex right across the street Redfield ridge will take you as long as you can prove that it was discharged. In 2 years after a bk has been discharged a person could buy a house. Having to wait 2 years to rent an apartment? Thats just wild.

  I have been living in this complex for the last 3-4 years. I've moved here because its closer to my work. I've experienced great hospitalities which make me feel like im home. The people who lives here, are like family. The office people(the managers) are nice, friendly and welcoming all the time. The maintenance are nice and friendly too, they're always there when u needed them. They do they're job seriously. They all go above and beyond to take care of u and your family when you Last week, my family had a crisis in our apartment, which we reported as a 911, the managers and her crew had to jump in and take it as a priority and move us to a very nice and beautiful new apartment, which the rent is more than our original rent price, it is an upgraded unit and it is a nicer view. The price they gave us was our original price which is a big win for us. I am very happy with they're services and how they handle our situation. They really did went beyond to help us out, so im very grateful. Thank you for all u guys done for us, we appreciate your love and care for your tenants(community). A simple good morning, how are you doing? Is nice, it would make you feel like a good day. This is how we feel everyday in this property. Thank you
