  I love it here! Feels like a home. The management is very helpful and professional. The price is great for what’s included. My dog likes it too!

  Parking is never enforced so people have been allowed to park in same spot for months without moving and when you complain nothing is done. Work orders don’t get done I have had a broken garbage disposal for several months and have put on multiple work orders and still isn’t fixed!. Office staff is not helpful at all. When issues come up I’m bounced from one person to the next often without resolution

  You can rent a house for less than the Bungalows charges per month. While considering this complex Reno Housing Authority informed me that this property management company has a habit of overcharging for their properties.

  Stay away from the Bungalows, that is my advice. My experience was unpleasant to say the least. Way overpriced, pool and dog park are too small, and too basic for what they charge. The traffic in this location is also horrific. The worst part of my experience however, was that they kept my deposit and continued to charge me after I moved out. I left the apartment in perfect condition yet they charged me a $250 ‘cleaning fee.’ I have pictures to prove that I left the apartment clean. The cleaning fee was not necessary. They even did a walkthrough with me and indicated that I would get my deposit back. Weeks went by and I called them to inquire the status. Karla in the leasing office was very unhelpful. She could give me no information and never followed up. Then a few days later, I get another bill for $165. When I went to pay the balance, their website was not accepting payments. So guess what they did? They sent me to collections. This place will bleed you dry. Stay away!
