The staff are kind and caring, the grounds are always clean and well maintained and the maintenance staff is awesome! We recently had a plumbing issue that took a week to fix. Matt and the crew were respectful and got the job done as quickly as possible. I felt like my home was in really good hands and that Matt and all the staff here truly care that we feel safe and comfortable in our homes.

Today (Sunday)we returned home after being away for 17 days, and discovered a plumbing problem. We called the maintenance number and within minutes Matthew came to our rescue. He spent the next several hours working on the issue. He then cleaned everything immaculately. We cannot say enough about how well Matthew and everyone here at Sharlands looks after us.

I went into the office yesterday to simply ask what kind of filter I needed for my air system because I’m recently single. I’ve never had to deal with these things. In less than 24 hours. their amazing maintenance guy Matthew was here. He cleaned and changed my filter, fixed my garbage disposal that sounded weird this morning and also help me with a minor problem I had with my sliding glass door. It means the world to me. I love this place. Thank you Mathew and thank you Sharlands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
