I had a very disappointing experience living here. Throughout my time as a tenant, I had ongoing issues with neighbors below me, and whenever I raised concerns, management either ignored my complaints or was completely unhelpful. I felt dismissed and unsupported.
During COVID, my work hours were cut significantly and I could no longer afford the apartment. I notified management that I would need to break my lease early, and I was told that would be fine. There was no indication at that time that there would be continued charges.
Two months after I moved out, I was contacted by a former neighbor who informed me that the apartment building had caught fire and my entire unit burned down. I later learned that my daughter’s room was completely engulfed in flames. It is terrifying to think about how that could have ended if we had still been living there. I am beyond grateful we had already moved out.
Despite this, the complex attempted to charge me rent for the months after I had already moved out — including the time when the apartment was destroyed and uninhabitable. As a single mom who did the responsible thing by notifying them and trying to handle everything properly, I was devastated when they went as far as garnishing my wages to collect this money.
The lack of communication, accountability, and basic fairness throughout this entire situation was incredibly frustrating and financially damaging. I would strongly urge anyone considering renting here to get absolutely everything in writing and protect themselves. Or run.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Hold on boys & girls, this is going to be a long one.
We were living in a 2 bed, 2 bath "upgraded" apartment that we paid $1200/mon for. We had unfortunately been there for a year. Their "upgraded" apts do not have a washer&dryer in the unit, their laundry facility prices are higher than if you just went to a laundry mat in town, the patio is small & the storage closet broke our first week in the apt, "upgraded" features break easily & are not properly fixed by the maintenance team, it is a very unorganized/sloppy team that runs this place.
STORY TIME (skip to end if not interested): When our “upgraded” closet broke, the maintenance team came by 3 different times leaving notes each time stating that they didn’t enter because “we had dogs,”. 2 small corgi’s to be specific which made us laugh. the first time maintenance left that note, we understood as maybe our small dogs were barking & scared the poor maintenance guy. We called the front office & explained to them that our dogs are always kenneled during the day while we are at work & that we had already given them permission to enter. Maintenance came by 2 other times leaving the same note saying they wouldn’t enter because of our dogs. This got more annoying each time, but we called back every time to explain to them AGAIN that our dogs WILL ABSOLUTELY be kenneled. Each time the front office lady said she would “notate the account” & that’s it. no apology for their lack of effort or incompetence. FINALLY maintenance came in to look at it & left a note saying they would need to order the closet door; it should arrive in 2 weeks. THREE weeks went by after that & we called to see if there was an update as to when the closet would be fixed, but then we found out that the door was never ordered so they had to place the order "again". we had to wait an additional 2 weeks! We called many, many times to get this feature fixed as WE PAY EXTRA for it every month & it wasn’t until I emailed the manager directly that it got fixed the same day. In total, it took about 3 1/2 months for maintenance to actually come fix it & the front office was not very friendly with us during this whole process, telling us that all the hesitation came from the maintenance manager himself. We really didn’t care for their excuses, a simple apology & some more effort to resolve the situation would have been enough, but they lack the customer service knowledge to understand that they shouldn’t treat their tenants like trash. If thats the maintenance manager, im scared to think of how incompetent the rest of the team is. END.
They have stopped taking packages for online orders, so now it is up to you to figure out how you will get your packages, which honestly is better than having to go back and forth to ask for your package too many times to count until one of the office ladies’ actually finds it. My husband has had to go in & physically help them find our packages otherwise they will turn you away & say it isn’t there. so i guess it’s better that they make you arrange delivery with the postal service.
Lastly, it is almost impossible to make it out of this apt complex for the am & pm rush hours bc of Veteran's Pkwy that just opened. You only get one covered parking spot, in the farthest, most inconvenient spot for us at least. There is never any available, uncovered parking due to Rosewood dumpsters being in their place and the huge amount of people. Good luck getting parking past 6 pm everyday, we have had to develop a plan to make sure we get parking every day otherwise you will have to park in the street & even that is full most of the time.
Overall, this apt complex is not as luxurious or even slightly as nice as what you can get elsewhere for the same price or even less & the hassle that comes with the repairs, maintenance team, & the front office are just NOT worth it. We are happy to be out of that place & will never recommend these apts. Also filed a dispute a month ago & Nicole has yet to get back to us. lol
