  This place is disgusting. They'll charge you for their scrappy place after you move. Try to make you pay for the upgrade. The carpet was over decade old. The countertops painted and the cabinets chipping. Mold in windows and all in the bathroom. My fridge kept breaking down and they kept replacing it with other broken fridges. Pools had not been opened for a decade. The hallway you can hear rats running around in the walls. Roaches everywhere. They'd be crawling all over our laundry. Broken elevator. We were so sick when living here. They'll charge you for all their nasty broken stuff and do cheap, half ass fixes. Never seen a place paint a countertop, never seen a countertop melt from rubbing alcohol. Avoid.

  I visited the Apt. complex located @ 755 Kuenzli St recently and I actually could not believe people were living there. I did not see the interior of any apartments, but the common spaces look like nothing I have ever seen. It appears the building is undergoing a MASSIVE renovation, but as of right now, there is no lighting in the interior hallways. Most of the flooring has been ripped up. There is plastic sheeting everywhere. There is zero signage to help locate apartments inside. There are dozens of construction workers + vehicles everywhere. It is absolutely filthy in the common areas (old filth and filth associated w/ construction). The building is "secure", but not right now. Anyone can come and go at almost any time. No cameras. I am hoping the people currently living there are being given a massive discount on their Rent right now, because this is not a building anyone would want to live in. Hopefully when the renovations are over, this will be a nice building, but that won't be anytime soon. If you are looking to a place to Rent, you may want to wait on this place until it doesn't resemble a zombie apocalypse.

  This place is mad sketchy, all the windows had cardboard and plastic covering them up, stains all through the hallway carpets, doesn't look anywhere near the photos online. Plus, their application fees are exorbitant, takes forever and they will refuse to refund your application after 24 hours (despite over a week with no contact after application). Not worth your time or money. Gross and scammers.

  I recently had a leak in my unit and the ladies in the office Jeanne and Yaneliz were very helpful and Quick with the transfer. Today I moved to my New unit and I love it. Yaneliz is very profesional. Its Amazing hoy she is so Smart and Quick with her job. Jeanne is the best manager riverwood ever had. 10 stars for these two ladies.
