- SBsilvia bracho3 days ago5.0I recently had a leak in my unit and the ladies in the office Jeanne and Yaneliz were very helpful and Quick with the transfer. Today I moved to my New unit and I love it. Yaneliz is very profesional. Its Amazing hoy she is so Smart and Quick with her job. Jeanne is the best manager riverwood ever had. 10 stars for these two ladies.

- DDDerekDec 31, 20251.0Stay far away from this place as possible, people will try to break in your home and management and security don’t care. They just sold this to some other company, and new management is horrible. Just ignore every one’s concerns, police say this is a bad complex to live in.

I've never seen such a horrible complex with even worse management, nobody behind the front desk cares, We had no AC for the whole summer and when we requested one they said we either needed children or serious health issues that may effect you in the heat. Not to mention the horrible meth smell that completely envelopes the halls and even seeps into the apartment. Our upstairs neighbor never takes their dog out and let's it piss all over their balcony and literally soaks my porch in piss. We've told the office and nothing ever happens. I've had cops have to come through my apartment many of times because of the things that happen here. If you read this NEVER come here its horrible and you can't even sleep. Knowing the sheer amount of homeless drugged up people wondering about. Horrible horrible place. I will never miss it, oh and they would rather paint the outside of the apartment then fix everyone's AC. Hope to never be within these halls again.
