  The place is nice it just has a weird smell and the fan in the down stairs bathroom doesn’t work.

  I've lived in Riverside Park Apartments now for coming up on 3 years in FEB. I love my apartment and the complex, but I've never really needed maintenance or to contact the manager for much until recently our lights in the hallway and down to the garage went out. I went over to speak to Anthony, who's our kind manager, and he was very respectful and friendly and listened to my problem and pretty much instantly took action. The maintenance man came by the next Monday, figured out which lights to order and a week later, Mike, the maintenance man came in and swapped out the lights pretty quickly and efficiently. He had to tackle a problem of one light being high and in the middle of the set of stairs, but he easily overcame the problem and had it change quickly too. They were nice, polite and above all else quick and efficient! A big plus in this day and age. Thank you both! Raven! And if you're looking to move in, I highly recommend the complex. Like I said, I haven't had to even contact management or maintenance much in 3 years. It's got beautiful views of the Riverwalk and Truckee River. Quick access to the 80! It's kept clean and when you need management, they're there! Come.. be my neighbor :) And merry christmas.

  The professionalism of this establishment is questionable. They have lied on previous tenants and attempted to charge them for damages that have been verified with the manager prior to move in. Management is very disorganized and uses residents as their scapegoat instead of trying to correct their mistakes. Avoid this property at all costs! You will be ignored and lied to and they will not address your issues unless you contact corporate. Rent at your own risk.
