    Terrible security guards, do better and help residents and visitors instead of trying to fight them. Uncomfortable having to deal with these unprofessional guards. Save your money and go look somewhere else.

    Really unprofessional property management team, I spent 2 years at Emory and lived at Atwood for a year. They took additional “experience” fees but rarely delivered on anything impressive. Poor management of the pools and other areas where “non-residents” are frequently taking over the areas. Broken parking gates for months on end leading to break ins/vandalism. Lied about adding chargers and other amenities that never came to be. Not to mention the frequent fire alarms that cleared the buildings at all hours of the night. Poor/inconsistent policies on pool hours, and their security is a joke. DO NOT RENT here, it looks cool but is a total rip off and the leasing/management team is awful.
