- BOBailee O'TooleDec 13, 20244.0I lived here for a year, and I had no issues. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of the general location it is in. Cons: not a ton of guest parking. And some of the nearby apartments are shady. My apartment was newly remodeled, and I only had to submit one maintenance request my whole lease, which they attended to within 24 hours. The staff is incredibly friendly. I was actually sad to say goodbye to them when I moved out. My one bedroom apartment had a huge living room that fit my 5 piece couch with room to spare. I also had plenty of room in the bedroom even with all my furniture in there. I can agree with some of the reviews that the walls aren’t super thick as I could hear my upstairs neighbor, but he was egregiously noisy. I’m a young female who used to work at 4:45am, and I never felt unsafe going to my car. What you see is what you get. It’s not one of those $1800 luxury apartments in south Reno, but it’s clean and has building staff you can actually get ahold of.

- BUBonnie UzzleFeb 24, 20131.0Changed my mind after living here approximately 5 years. After living in the same apartment home for 39 years, an 80 something widow's lease was not renewed. The owner/management company wanted the corner apartment for a lounge and fitness center. Because of confusion in unfamiliar places, she had to go to an assisted living facility where she contracted pneumonia and died 3 weeks later. When our lease ends, are moving. I choose not to do business with inconsiderate people.
