Laundry facilities onsite make it very convenient as well. I have a beautiful view of the garden. Convenient bus routes near by. Office staff and maintenance is always top notch! Arlene and Deanna are always so helpful with whatever I need.

They are delusional if they think this raggedy apartment is worth such an increase in price. Only good thing is the maintenance man, he fixes things quickly,
