  Toll brothers nickels and dimes the homebuyer with hidden costs that are not revealed until after the final contract is signed. The home buyer is allowed to enter the design center just to ‘look’, but not allowed to choose and see the prices of upgrades before the final contract is signed and then outrageous cost of each upgrade is revealed. Too late to back out, because the hefty deposit will remain in the Toll Brothers’ pockets. They even charge extra for the screen that is supposed to go onto the sliding door. They charge extra for sinks. These are very unprofessional and unfair practices perpetrated upon the unwary consumer.
