  If I could leave zero stars I would, they’re so unprofessional in the office never answering or helping when there’s maintenance problem. Maintenance will literally cuss you out and give you attitude. The people working here will make it living hell. The washers are always breaking down and when ever top neighbor washes my apartment gets flooded. Top neighbors were noisy at 4am waking up my babies and we have several complaints and they never did anything till it became physical. Save your money and rent elsewhere!

  My husband and I moved into the Montebello apartments three months ago. Jacob, the manager, was wonderful, and quickly responded to all of our needs and questions. We love our apartment, which is a corner unit overlooking the Sierras. We also got lucky with our upstairs neighbor. We have called maintenance four times for little issues and they have always been responsive within a day or two. it’s been too cold to use the pool, but we did go to the new 9000 square-foot gym today and it is gorgeous. All in all we feel grateful to live here.

  We lived in Montebello for almost two years, and our experience was very positive. We truly loved our apartment — it was comfortable, quiet, and surrounded by friendly and respectful neighbors. The leasing office always responded quickly and professionally, and maintenance requests were handled fast every single time. The community felt safe, the grounds were well-maintained, and we never had issues with payments or hidden fees. Today we received our deposit refund, and everything was processed honestly and without any problems, which we really appreciated. We will genuinely miss this complex, the stunning mountain views, and Reno itself. A special thank you to Rosalia — she helped us sign our lease when we first moved in and was also the one we returned our keys to. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would confidently recommend Montebello to anyone considering moving here.
