    if you move here your packages will be delivered to the wrong location over and over again. The building signs are small and difficult to read, and the individual unit signs do not have the address. What happens is your unit # is the same for every building, only the address is unique. Except your apartment door doesn't have the address, it only has the unit # and the building # not the address. It's impossible for a delivery driver to know if they're dropping a package at the correct unit without also seeing the address on the front of the building (most/all of the doors are accessed from the rear of the buildings). This means that the delivery drivers need to see two different signs to know if they're at the correct unit or not, and these signs are on different parts of the buildings. While following the building address and then moving to the unit address might seem simple in concept, It's actually very easy to confuse building #7 unit 309 from building #8 309 when all the packages are referencing the address, not the building number. This issue seems to exist across the property. It happens so often, I can't possibly blame the delivery drivers for making these mistakes over and over again. I would give a better review, but being able to trust that I will get packages I order, that is important to my quality of life.

    paid rent on 9/2 but got a letter stating i’ll be evicted if i don’t pay . Spoke with manager took copies of my proof of payment and claimed I wouldn’t have to worry about it. I started to doubt her due diligence when she didn’t make copies properly. Pretty sure you leave the printer lid down when making copies not open. The images were blurry. I’m scared. lol I know I paid but it’s not showing on ledger?

    So recently I had put up a review that I have now taken down regarding our power being out for two and half weeks. As of today our power has FINALLY been restored. It took a while but at the end of the day Jacqueline was of great help staying in contact with us throughout this whole ordeal and they were able to get a head- electrician out that fixed the problem in no time. As I have said before I do not like leaving negative reviews because I understand things happen in life that sometimes takes more time than others to be resolved. I'm very grateful that the management team was able to come together and help us through this headache we had to deal with.
