  I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Robin Renwick & Kevin Kinney! I was referred to them by a friend when I was ready to sell my 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in Old Northwest Reno. I was out of town when the urgency to sell hit, and they were gracious about meeting my friend at the house and getting the listing process started. Having a team that compliments one another in every aspect of real estate really makes a difference when you are ready to sell. They were creative with marketing and had prompt solutions to the little issues that often pop up when selling an older home. They show with efficiency and handled the offers with professionalism. The ideal offer of above asking and furnished was accepted in 3 days of listing! Kevin and Robin were always available and proactive with my unique situation and worked around my atypical schedule. We closed in a timely manner with all the boxes checked. I highly recommend working with this team and will be using them when I am ready to sell my Midtown 5 bedroom Airbnb in the future!

  Robin and Kevin were wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. They were both absolutely great throughout the entire process. They showed me around ten different houses and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They even took me back to the house I ended up buying three different times just to make sure it was truly the right one for me. They handled setting up inspections and were with me every step of the way, always available to answer questions and explain things clearly. Buying a home can be intimidating, but they truly made the process feel less scary and much more manageable. I’m so grateful for their patience, professionalism, and support.

  Robin and Kevin are amazing. They have helped us sell our home in Cold Springs when we decided to move our family to Illinois a few years ago. And when my mother passed away a year later, they helped me through the process of selling her home when I realized I couldn't handle keeping it. They even helped by putting me in touch with a good probate lawyer that walked me through the nightmare I was dealing with. During the sale of both properties, they walked me through what to do to get the most of both homes, and I received more money than even I thought was realistic. When my family realized that Illinois just wasn't for us, we reached out to Kevin and Robin to see if they could help us find a house back in Nevada where we belong. Not being there to physically look at homes in person, we had had to put a lot of trust in them and it really worked out. The first offer we put in, the inspection just wasn't sitting right with us, and Kevin drove all the way out to Silver Springs multiple times to work with inspectors to find many defects on what looked like a good home. They saved us tens of thousands of dollars we would have had to spend if we went forward. When we put an offer on the house we eventually bought, they worked hard to get the sellers to lower the price, and make repairs, again saving us thousands. They never made me feel pressured, and I always felt like they had my best interests in mind when they worked for us, and I never felt like they were just in it for the commission like some realtors and sales people I have dealt with in the past. They really want to do a good job. If you're on the lookout for realtors with a strong work ethic, integrity, intelligence and most of all, heart; Kinney and Renwick will not disappoint you.

  Robin and Kevin are such a great team to work with. Their support goes above and beyond. From the very beginning, Robin was there for us. Robin was in constant contact with suggestions on staging the home with a welcoming feeling to comments from showings, navigating through the offer, inspections and paperwork.
