My boyfriend and I did not feel welcomed by the staff when we arrived to the leasing office for a tour. We came here for an apartment tour scheduled on 1/31 at 4:15pm. I was really looking forward to checking out the studio apartments because I thought the floor plans online looked really nice.
As soon as me and my boyfriend came to the leasing office, we were met with a sign that said they were closed for lunch. We were instantly confused because we had a set time to meet up. I had even received a confirmation email and a 2hr prior reminder text message about the appointment.
We knocked on the glass door to ask about our scheduled tour to this lady who had black hair, glasses, and a green shirt. It seemed that she was ignoring us until we continued to look through the glass door and she finally asked us to come in. As soon as we asked her, she told us that “she is on her lunch and that she doesn’t get off her lunch until late.” She asked us to reschedule our appointment to monday.
We clarified with her that we had the appointment set at 4:15 (we had scheduled this appointment the previous week), and she then said that “she doesn’t know who approved of that appointment, she works alone on the weekends, and that she cannot help us because she is taking a late lunch.” She did not ask for our names, did not give us any details for our appointment, did not apologize for the misinformation, and did not accommodate us nor offer to reschedule the appointment for us. If I had been contacted and communicated about the miss-scheduled time ahead of time, I would have gladly rescheduled. Instead, I wasted my time showing up early because somebody wanted to take a late lunch, and somehow was not aware of an appointment booking that was scheduled at 4:15. I’m even more confused that if this is a late appointment time, then why have it available on their website to schedule?
Her behavior was rude and very unprofessional. I really wish I got her name, but I definitely wouldn’t want to come here again if this is the way they communicate with their residents.

If you’re hunting for the best property management duo ever, stop right here—Turie and Angie are it! If property managers had a reality show, they’d win all the awards, but with less drama and way more amazing service.
Turie responded to me faster than I could say “apartment hunting.” He’s got that vibe where you feel like you're talking to an old friend—who just happens to have killer taste in real estate. He made the whole process easy and fun, like shopping for shoes, but instead, you score an entire apartment.
Then there’s Angie! If Turie’s the captain, Angie’s the first mate, keeping everything smooth. She answered all my questions with the patience of a saint and the excitement of someone who just found the last slice of pizza. Every time she gave me an update, it was like music to my ears.
Together, they turned apartment hunting from stressful to straight-up enjoyable. So if you want a property management team that feels like family (the fun kind, not the awkward holiday kind), Turie and Angie are your people. They make dreams come true, one lease at a time!
I can also say nothing but kind words for Lance who's in charge of the maintenance, and the grounds crew.
Thank you, Turie and Angie—you’re the best! 🏡✨
