If property managers had a reality show, they’d win all the awards, but with less drama and way more amazing service. Turie responded to me faster than I could say “apartment hunting.” He’s got that vibe where you feel like you're talking to an old friend—who just happens to have killer taste in real estate. He made the whole process easy and fun, like shopping for shoes, but instead, you score an entire apartment. Then there’s Angie! If Turie’s the captain, Angie’s the first mate, keeping everything smooth. She answered all my questions with the patience of a saint and the excitement of someone who just found the last slice of pizza. Every time she gave me an update, it was like music to my ears. Together, they turned apartment hunting from stressful to straight-up enjoyable. So if you want a property management team that feels like family (the fun kind, not the awkward holiday kind), Turie and Angie are your people. They make dreams come true, one lease at a time! - JJjstfarmnJun 7, 20245.0I adore this place. The studio is incredibly contemporary, and the inside of the structure is just as sleek. Additionally, the building is exceptionally safe. The administration has been extremely welcoming and has consistently responded to my inquiries within 24 hours. The most appealing aspect, however, is its proximity. It's situated right alongside the river, offering a variety of shops, eateries, and pubs. Downtown is alive with activities, and I never have to stress about securing a parking spot. It's a walk home at all times.
