  If I could give zero stars I would and I didnt even live there! This office on Longley has poor management staff and lack of communication. Was going to the leasing process and thank God I dodged a bullet there. The two women in there, while friendly, have poor management and communication skills. No one answers the phone or gets back to you when you leave a message and you'd think that'd be priority if they wanted you to lease with them! Since I wasn't hearing back, i decided to take time to drive to the office in hopes on getting answers just to find out they locked their doors to the office 20 minutes early!! On top of that just scroll through the MANY poor reviews on here already. Don't waste your time!

  I moved in August of 2024 into a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment, it was very nice and clean. We recently upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment due to growing family and the property manager Kim and leasing agent Odalys were very helpful and wonderful. They explained everything and they are on a real level of respect compared to the other manger who was previously there. The property is kept clean as possible and the gym just got a new refreshing look. The pool is open year round, pool hours are very reasonable. All and all the property is a place I’m happy to call home!

  Very friendly. Great location. You have to understand the location is 25 years or more. Maintenance is friendly and helpful. They are all on top of their tasks and do stay busy. Be patient folks.
