  I moved into this apartment 6 months ago and I wanted to write a completely honest review. Starting with the staff. We have a brand new management team that is stellar. Not only professional but warm personalities, always eager to help and very engaged with the residents. Since this summer, we've had a few meet and greets with food as our management team is genuinely wanting to get to know the people that reside here in a fun way. The office is clean, there's coffee and snacks ready for anyone who walks in and the management team actually encourages us to come in to talk with them and enjoy the snacks. The maintenance team here is wonderful as well. I want to lift up Jonathan who is a very pleasant and mature young man. He was speedy in his service to our apartment and was friendly and chit chatted with my mom and I afterwards. Very pleasant exchange and a job well done. I understand that there were negative experiences at this location with the old management. That is what I've heard. Seeing the current star ratings are quite surprising to me and I hope more people that are experiencing the updated improvements will be vocal about their experience. The only thing I would say would elevate this complex even more would be to have a speed bump on Harvard Way as to slow down traffic as it is a busy street with Costco. That is something I'm going to mention to the city council. Aside from that, my mom and I love our home very much and the people that work here to make us comfortable truly go a long way in having us feel happy and safe.

  The office staff was very nice and professional , the maintenance guys were also great they came right away to take care of some minor issues .the application process was pretty simple, the location is great, close to everything you need. The apartment itself was nice in appearance the only bad thing was on the day of move in I noticed dead roaches around the kitchen area. Then began seeing live ones coming out throughout the evening and night in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom baseboards. Ive never had roaches before so Opted not to move most of my furniture in since i dont want to end up taking them with me. The price seems fairly high for an apartment that has this type of pest issues, the office staff did set up pest control to come spray but they only came once and i still have roaches , ive been spraying the apartment myself where ever i see them ,I will only be here for the 6 month term of lease. If it didnt have roaches i would consider long term rental but rent is too much to have to deal with roaches.

  I can honestly say the management and maintenance here are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. They don’t just treat this like a job – you can tell they genuinely care about the tenants and go out of their way to make sure we feel at home. Anytime we’ve needed something, they’ve been right there, not just to fix the problem, but to make sure we’re okay too. We plan on living here for a long time, not just because the prices are great or because of the community, but because we know we won’t find this kind of treatment anywhere else. Having a place where you feel truly cared for makes all the difference, and we’re really thankful for everything management and maintenance do for us.
