  New apartments and appliances are nice, I like living in the apartments but one of my main reason to live here was electric chargers which they promised to be running by 2 months when I signed the lease, it has been 10 months now and I haven’t been able to use the charger even a single time. They have installed them, but they haven’t been setup and do not work. Whenever I try to request for maintenance regarding this they tell me they will contact manufacturer but they never start working. I am lowkey getting frustrated with no support in this matter. It would be a five star if they solve this issue.

  Front office is very rude. They cuss at tenants . They do not handle customer complaints and They change policies mid lease.
