Everyone is nice. I think the stars should go up since the complex is under new mgmt and everything has been well for me.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience living here. There's constant noise during night time -people screaming and yelling, which makes it hard to relax or get any sleep. It feels like there’s no enforcement of basic community rules.Guest parking is another major issue. It’s almost always full, and a lot of the vehicles don’t even seem to belong to actual guests—they’re unmarked and sit there for days.Overall, management really needs to step up and address these problems. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend living here.

I arrived for my apartment tour only to find that the assigned parking spot for the unit was already occupied by another car.Not a great first impression, It created unnecessary hassle before the tour even began and its not worth dealing with that crap every single day.Parking logistics definitely need better management.

Unfortunately, living at this apartment complex has been very frustrating. There are ongoing issues with nuisance behavior,Littering is common throughout the property,Parking is another major problem. Despite assigned parking spots, people regularly park in spaces that aren’t theirs, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience and replying back to a email isn't the solution you have to take action, people drive over 25-30 mph in the lot risking pedestrians and kids.Overall, the lack of accountability from both residents and management has made this a disappointing place to live. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed community.

I love the management and maintenance here. Management, Sergio, Tariq, & Libby, are iapproachable and responsive. Maintenance, Dalton and Jonathan, are quick to take care of issues and do so with courtesy and professionalism.
My major issue is the way we are charged for water, sewer & trash. Sewer for example far exceeds what we would pay if we paid directly to Reno sewer services.
Residents do a good job of walking their dogs on a leash, however, picking up after them not so much.
