  I have lived at Norterra almost a year now, it has been such a great experience. No problems at all I love my unit so spacious. Maintenance is always professional and handles work orders in a prompt and timely fashion. The office staff Esmerelda, Hanoi are always so professional, polite and courteous as well, I would highly recommend.☺️

  I had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the community felt safe and welcoming. The management team especially Ms. Esmeralda Flores was always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The move-in and move-out processes were smooth and clearly communicated, which made everything stress-free. I’m only moving due to personal reasons, otherwise I would have happily stayed longer. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  Daisy has been such a wonderful property manager at Norterra Canyon. She’s always kind, responsive, and goes out of her way to make residents feel valued. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly make living here a great experience.

  I can share my experience in these apartments and so far it has been great👌no complaints on my end, I like the way they run the place, maintenance has been good, had problems with the dryer once and we notified maintenance didn't even take them long to come in and fix it, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, this was my first time moving on my own and they've made everything so easy for me, Do recommend

  Overall I’d say living at Norterra Canyon has been great. The apartment was so much nicer and larger than we had imagined when we first walked in and was recently renovated before we moved in over year. Ago. They are really good on the 24 hour notices for inspection, which in the past year or so has only been a few times. The maintenance response team is amazing and always comes no matter the time of day/ night. They keep the apartment complex looking really nice and clean and I really like that they have the Amazon lockers. We have had minimal issues with our apartment, our toilet flooded twice our first year here but maintenance crew were really quick to come and fix and we haven’t had an issue since. Recently our kitchen sink had a leak and again the maintenance crew had a quick response and fixed it without any further issues. Overall I believe for our first place, we are happy with our experience with this complex.
