  There this kind caring women tha help me a lot she didn’t have to but did.Miranda Hartwell very kind and helpful they are will to work with you which is great I had a wonderful experience and now live in one of there beautiful home thank you miranda .

  I love my apartment, unfortunately because of my job I'm not here enough to enjoy it. Still have smaller toilets & the roads are rough. Other than that I absolutely love it here.

  I cannot recommend Kaitlyn, the Customer Service Representative and Rental Coordinator, enough! She has consistently gone far above and beyond any other Rental professional I have ever worked with. I've lived in many apartments, and I genuinely mean that. She really is the best, as far as Im concerned. I wouldn't bother writing so much if I didnt feel so strongly about this. I say this out of a greatful heart. As over the months we've lived here, I have seen her genuine care, and how she's gone out of her way to provide real support to my special needs family. She has been here for us since before our move in, to the current day. Just this week, she again did another thoughtful, yet unnecessary and time consuming act, on our behalf. Ive found that Kaitlyn is just that kind of person, and it makes me feel so secure and grateful to live at Desert Bay Apartments. We consider her a treasure and could not be happier with her! She geuinely cares for her residents, and it shows! Her concern, her excellent response to our issues, her professionalism, and appropriate desire to care for us quickly and efficiently, are on point. She has become more than another unknown member of a rental office staff, she has gone out of her way to be available, kind, interested and compassionate. She has been a true friend. A rare thing in a cold world. If your thinking of renting at Desert Bay, I cannot recommend her enough! I am also impressed by the main Manager, who backs Kaitlyn up, and encourages her to be her best self. I also am greatful for the office staff, who have always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to us. The office is well run and the online payment system has never given me any issues. The amenities are very nice and the grounds people keep these areas and the area in the front, where we live, looking cared for and lovely. I am sure the rest of the complex looks as good. They are a hardworking crew. I see improvements going on constantly, but they are not done in an intrusive manner. This is deeply appreciated! The maintenence crew is Excellent. I will be honest, one person seemed to be having an off day, but that happens. The rest have been very willing , responsive and kind. Even open to doing extra things that they noticed needed attention. Maintenece, on the whole, has been polite and willing to go out of their way to get the job done. They are on call on the weekend, and show up immediately for emergencies. I love their great additudes, it is appreciated! I feel safe here, I like my neighbors. We are all families, seniors, working class. Good, solid people. Kind and willing to help. Desert Bay is an older complex. However, I see renovations happening all the time, yet it is quiet. My family and I really enjoy it here. Thank you, Desert Bay, we are so glad to call you home! Kris and family

  Maintenance staff has always been friendly and respectful. Office staff has always been friendly and respectful. Any issues until the wall issue recently have been handled timely. Meaning under a week or two. The wall issue has been 30 days so far and looking to 45 to 60 days. I spoke to Maintenance about it today and they have other priorities. I understand. it's a big job, so it will take longer to get on the repair list. I am ok as long as I know it will get done and it's not raining.

  Upon the agreement rent was supposed to be 1100 for trash and sewer as well. I have lived here for a few months now and I’m getting charged almost 1300. some of the maintenance people are ridiculous and don’t finish a job they started in front of my apartment there was a refrigerator outside on its side doors open full of food for a few days. Some of the maintenance is super unprofessional, the roads coming into the apartment are pretty messed up they only really take care of the front of the complex. The people in the office are really sweet and very understanding which is why I gave a 2 star rating I’d give 1 star if it weren’t for them. Cops are in the complex constantly and it is not very quiet!
