Micro-managment at his finest, this is a family own business and they will only care if you share the last name, just check who is the HR, Manager, Supervisor and accounting...they all share blood and relationships. Also this is a dying business since is just a third party selling insurances which you could get directly with the health plan without having to deal with these wierd folks. Feel free to ask more questions.
