  DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Unless u are comfortable with sharing your space with millions of roaches (the management are aware and they do not care) and if you are comfortable with your water being shut off every week. They will lie and say its for an emergency but its not they are doing simple repairs and they will NOT give you notice until the water is already shut off… the office staff rotates consistently.. and the manager that is now there is extremely rude… Your rent fluctuates every month so just make sure u have an additional 2-300 on top of what u are already paying… your paying for amenities but during the summer the pool will rarely be open… and amazon packages forget it… they have now installed lockers that are located in the office (technically they are located by the gym) but don’t let office staff be showing an apartment u will not get ur package. Because even though they don’t have to lock the area they do… I have spoken to many Amazon drivers and they have expressed frustration at delivering to this location because of how they operate… they let the tow truck drivers harass residents so please if u do decide to make the unhealthy decision on moving here make sure that your car is where it’s supposed to be at all times (this company does receive kick backs for towing) I would save the headache and just avoid this place if at all possible renting nowadays is hard but the 1600 plus interest and pest problem is not worth it… Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere there are plenty of properties in the area that will not give u the headache… wish I could give NO STARS!!!!

  Don't move here unless you want your identity stolen. I lived here back in 2021 and moved out. However recently I was notified by credit bureau these apartments stated I had a current lease with them which is incorrect because I live in a different property management currently and lived there for 2 years. I advised management that someone is using my info. I even tried to show proof to them but they refused to see the proof. I would of never be in this situation if they verified properly because at the end of the day management never verified that person's social and id. Also since manager Myra didn't cooperate to resolve this matter I strongly believe these apartments are in on this. Because if someone is reporting identity theft you think they would ask the person for their documents like how I have mine because i'm the actual person who had their identity stolen. Instead they want to ignore the issue and play hush hush because they know what they did was wrong. There is no way someone should have my info at my old apartment I use to live at especially when its been about 5 years ago. That right there tells me they compromised my info and provided my social to someone else. So as I mentioned do not move here unless you want them to do shady stuff with your social because now I have to involve the police since the manager doesnt want to provide info on how they will resolve this when its my legal right from federal trade commissioner to advise them on how they will handle this matter since I have all my proof but they refuse to see my proof since they are part of this fraudulent scheme. So please I repeat don't move here unless you want to experience the same thing I experienced and them stealing your identity at their location and allowing others to use your info. Crazy part is they advised I have a joint lease there with someone else who I dont even know who I lease with which is crazy because if I did joint I would at least know who I leased with. The joint person isn't even my spouse. So why would I rent somewhere without my spouse that's very suspicious. Plus in 2021 when I actually did use to live there I was joing with my spouse. Crazy part is his info wasnt compromised but mine. It seems like they randomly picked my social and used mine. I hope they get in trouble because I am going to make this matter a big issue since they refuse to cooperate and help me resolve this issue. Identity theft is a serious issue and I cant believe this happened to me and these apartments are getting away with it. I bet the other person never showed their id or provide their social if they claim to be me. Because I have all that info and my birth certificate. Just a headache of what I have to go through and I hope they aren't doing this to other people as well because this is a nightmare and now has me on my toes wondering who else did they provide my info to if my info was in there system and was leaked. Here is proof I moved out back in 2021. I attached a screenshot. Why would I move back if I left. those apartments were nasty with the roaches and definitely were not worth moving back. But as the screenshot stated I moved out so I have my proof my social and identity was compromised at their location. If you once lived here and happen to see my post please I advise you check your credit reports and call to see if you have a current lease because its possible they may be doing the same stuff they did to me to you. Update: police resolved the issue and seen that there was actually another person living there same name as me however apartments still had my name and social in their system from 2021 and put that person info in my social/credit report. They put wrong information into my social which was not the correct person and scary to know that they had my social still. Because this should of never happened.

  Greg the mantinance man has done a wonderful job getting this place clean. I live very very close to Dog Park and it has been absolutely great to take my dog in there. He's absolutely terrific having it cleaned I'm not afraid to step in dog feces anymore!
