The division staff on Town Center will be making decisions about your punch list items post closing and they won’t be in your favor. They use the worst sub contractors who do shoddy work ( Paul Johnson Drywall. Focus Plumbing and Electric, Sunrise HVAC). You will be told every issue is “within tolerance” by the unqualified Lou and Gary Mayo, etc. Toll is NOT a luxury home builder

Most of my buyers chose Toll Brother's Highrock collection as it offered the biggest single story floor plan and beautiful modern design finishes.
