  Immediately wanted to move in I’ve toured a lot of apartments but these for sure cleanest and I felt the most safest

  worst apartments my sinks have not worked in 2/3 weeks we’ve called almost everyday with records and made complaints in person they have yet to fix it the lady when i came was very rude our apartment has flies and it stinks all our sinks are backed up

  I have lived here for 3 years, and this past year has been by far the worst. Since the new management took over, the conditions at this property have seriously declined. Pest control is basically nonexistent. The gym is constantly filled with broken equipment. The pool is dirty and clearly not being maintained. The front gate has been left wide open for months and is never fixed, which has led to homeless individuals living in the dumpsters and walking freely throughout the property. Security here is a complete joke. In an actual emergency, you’re better off calling 911 because no one in management will answer the phone. On top of that, I have had multiple work orders deleted from their system. Repairs are not being scheduled, and when someone does show up, it’s completely unscheduled. Maintenance will knock once and leave immediately without giving you time to answer the door or properly announcing themselves. I’ve had cracked paint in my shower for over two months and a broken dryer for over a month with absolutely no communication or updates. This level of neglect is unacceptable. If you are thinking about moving here, don’t. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management has shown they do not care about the safety, health, or basic comfort of the residents. I have already contacted Clark County Code Enforcement and reported the property for deleting work orders, and I have also reached out to the local news. If you currently live here, please report your issues as well. The more residents who speak up, the more likely the city will take action.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE ! THESE ARE BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT IVE LIVED IN , THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS ONLY THAT THEY PAY THAT 1800 $ A MONTH NOTHING GETS FIXED .. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE ROACHES . OR HOW WHEN YOU GO TO THE OFFICE TO RAISE CONCERN , YOURE RUSHED OUT OF TJE OFFICE AND TALKED OVER . THEY ADVERTISE HAVING A WASHER AMD DRYER ... MINE HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND EVERYTIME I PUT IN A WORK ORDER THE OFFICE CANCELS IT .. MY WINDOW HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE DECEMBER ITS MARCH . THEYRE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE . THE MAIN EXIT GATE DOESNT CLOSE SO PEOPLE ARE SPEEDING THRU THE EXIT ALMOST BEEN HIT A FEW TIMES . WHEN YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY BLOW YOU OFF. THE MAILBOXES ARE BROKEN INTO EVERY OTHER DAY . THE AMOUNT OF HOMELESS JUST WONDERING THE PROPERTY IS INSANE .. THEY HAVE OVERFILLED TRASH THAT BLOWS ALL OVER THE APARTMENTS AND ITS DISGUSTING. POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED ... THE GYM EVERYTHING BARELY WORKS . THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY WORST THAN A MOTEL 8 ON FREEMONT STREET . THIS PEOPLE HAVE NO EMPATHY OR CARE FOR NOONE OR THEIR SAFTY .. MY APARTMENT FLOODED TWICE . THEY HAVE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE WHO CAME 8 HOURS AFTER THE CALL BOTH TIMES THE AMAZING FIRE DEPARTMENT CAME AND HANDLED IT DONT MOVE HERE !
