  I’ve had ac issues for about 4 weeks now, they fixed it but broke down again. I call for Updates and no one answers me I go in the office they tell me they need to reach out to maintenance and that they’d call me back with an update. They never update me. I call again & woman on the phone said it’s not in her pay range to know what is going on with my ac and that she still needs to get ahold of maintenance. They’ve been trying to get ahold of maintenance for about 4 weeks now. It’s rare when they do answer their phones at the office. And when you leave a vm they rarely ever call back. I need to know who else I can reach out to besides anyone in the office bc they don’t seem to care at all .

  Again the head leasing manager is extremely irresponsible, everything that’s reported to the office goes in one ear and out the other, she does not care. Seems like lip filler is more important to her than anything. I still have stuff that hasn’t been fixed in my apartment 6 months later

  Water heater was replaced about a year ago, but had to call because no hot water and it ended up being the internal thermostat to the water heater. However the damage that was done before the water heater was never fixed The two belts that hold it only one is in place and the rail for the closet just moves like there's nothing two nails were put in place the nails stay but the rail still moves

  The problem has not been fixed it’s a hole on the bathroom sink the tub faucet has a hole the tub has a hole the kitchen sink leaks I told them and still no one has came out to fix it I fixed the holes but I can’t fix the faucet
