  Living here has been ok. The maintenance team and front desk are all nice and check in often. Everyone I have met so far from the staff and neighbors are great. I can never go to the community because it never fits my schedule. The gym is not bad for my needs and when I go it's never too busy. The pool has been closed since 11/2025 due to safety issues and that's my biggest issue. There is a part that is 6ft and I love that. Just wish it was open again. Also not the biggest fan of my dishwasher. The app Domouso used to pay rent is also not great. But it gets the job done. I just have to double check things are submitted. Overall it's a mildly above average place to live. Not too many issues.

  Cynthia was honestly such a gem! I highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a smooth transition on moving… it’s a stressful event and Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was a lot easier for my family and I!! I’m really looking forward to move in!!! 😊

  As a newbie! I recently had the pleasure of working with the management team/Rep at this apartment community, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience.From the very beginning, the manager and assistant manager have been nothing short of professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining a well-run community and ensuring residents feel valued. The property itself is well-kept, clean, and inviting, which reflects the dedication of the management team. Any concerns or requests I’ve had were addressed promptly, and communication has always been clear and respectful. What stands out most is their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and it truly makes a difference in the overall living experience.

  As someone that’s trying to move from out of state apartment searching can be frustrating and it very much was until I reached out here. I spoke with Cynthia and she was very helpful. She not only answered all my questions but also gave me a lot of information not only about the complex but the surrounding area of like nearby stores and such. Definitely will be moving here once I finish up where i’m at.

  Maintenance is great! They responded IMMEDIATELY when my AC went out and resolved it right away. Gregorio is an absolute superstar! And Melanie in the office was super helpful when I called about it. I will also add, though it's not "new build perfect", this is the BEST quality, cleanest apartment that I've toured in the Lakes. We've been very happy here. The paint is a beautiful color, not just plain white. The laminate floors are lovely. The bedrooms are on the small side, closets are great, though! I LOVE my kitchen! It's got two windows AND it's open so that I can still be a be a part of what's going on. I walk my dogs every morning and the property is clean and beautiful. And my boys LOVE the little dog park!(Any pet-friendly community is going to have some level of dog poop due to irresponsible owners, but the complex does a good job of cleaning it up). The location of these apartments is also amazing because the beautiful Sahara West library is directly across the street! Visit for books, media and to see the beautiful art displays that they have! You can walk less than half a mile and get to the greenway with a great, shaded trail, or go the other direction to make it to one of the little ponds and see some ducks and geese. There is great shopping in walking distance. Overall, it's a really great apartment community. Fingers crossed that the pools will be open and operating soon, because these temps are rising fast!! 🥵
