In July of 1992, we opened for business and we decided to focus only on rental property management.
With the exciting growth of the Las Vegas Valley, we sold our Sahara property in November 2007, which doubled in value, and moved to our new office in Summerlin at 2075 Village Center Circle. The blessing of our new office coincided with our Honolulu 30th anniversary trip to Las Vegas.
We currently manage over 1,500 rental properties in Hawaii and over 400 properties in Las Vegas. Professionalism, Integrity, and Service have made Oishi's Property Management a trusted name. A reflection of this is that much of our growth now comes from referrals.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
