  I absolutely love living here. The location alone is unbeatable—tucked just off the Las Vegas Strip behind Vdara, it offers the perfect balance of being right in the heart of everything while still feeling private and removed from the constant noise and crowds. It’s truly the best of both worlds. The building itself is just as impressive. Being only about a year old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The amenities really take it to another level as well—the 24-hour gym is incredibly convenient and well-equipped, and the pool area is awesome, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a day in the sun. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the leasing office. Geneva and Francesca are nothing short of amazing. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude, which makes a huge difference. All around, this has been an outstanding living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  what can I say Geneva is the best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure leasing an apt with she is professional but at the same time personality plus I felt like I belonged there before I ever moved in. Geneva also has a great deal of patience because she had to re write my lease three different times due to my mistake and never had an attitude about it she remained bubbly as usual

  I’ve had great experience living at Aura. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s just off the Las Vegas strip, so it’s close by but still far enough a way to feel comfortable and not overly busy. The staff is always so help to me , if you are looking for a new home definitely ask for Geneva she will take care of you every step of the way. Thank you to the tea of the team Francesca,Mike Juan Amanda and Maria for always keeping the property so clean

  It is My 2nd year Living at Aura. It has truly been an exceptional experience. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip area, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything the city has to offer while still having a peaceful, luxurious place to come home to. However, What really makes Aura stand out, is the phenomenal team. Francesca and Genevieve go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly elevate the living experience here.
