  Rachel from the front office is great. When I walk in she always greets me with a smile and it also helps that she’s funny. I know when I go to her, my concerns are taken seriously and whatever issues I have will be resolved.

  I took a tour with Rachel last week & she was kind and knowledgeable about the property, providing various layouts after assessing my needs. Thoroughly satisfied with the location of the property the units & the staff! I can not wait to make this my forever home!!

  I give 5-stars to Allen, the maintenance man. He's a very affable person, and fixed all the major issues I encountered at this apartment. The choice of individuals at leasing office is nothing to write about. Glad I signed a short lease because it wasn't until the 2nd month I realized I had made a terrible mistake moving into this apartment.

  I had an amazing experience touring this apartment! From the woman I walked in everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The layout Is spacious and thoughtfully designed in the amenities really stand out. Kameron was especially impressive, friendly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made the entire process move and welcoming. Overall, this was one of the best tours, I’ve had definitely one of my top choices and a great option for anyone looking for a new place.

  Do not rent here. They lure you in with low prices, then make even simple tasks difficult. Service is unprofessional—friendly at first, but confrontational when you raise issues. Communication is poor, and promises are rarely fully kept. Amenities are unreliable: the gate barely works and is often left open, and the gym is outdated and worn (they won’t show it on tours). Management is inexperienced and unresponsive. Save yourself the frustration and choose a place that treats you with respect and follows through.
