  Jim Dahl is amazing! He worked with us to sell our site at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort and also to buy a home in Summerlin. He did a great job of keeping us connected with both Title companies as well as our Mortgage lender. We knew nothing about the buying/selling requirements in Nevada. He answered all of our questions and was with us all the way.

  What do you do when you HAVE to buy property in the hottest market in history? Call Jim Dahl!! We were in a position where we had to purchase a home in Las Vegas, in a very short time frame. Now you'd think buying a house would be fun! NOT IN THIS MARKET!! We had a 47K over asking rejected. We drove to so many houses, made so many offers! It was a nightmare! The only reason I didn't lose my s*#t was because Jim was AMAZING!! What a wonderful agent. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we would meet out deadline no matter what! I called, texted, went into his office so much I thought he would fire me. But no, Jim continued to hold my hand (husband was much more relaxed I'm sure yall can relate) and assure me it wasn't that bad. Even if it was LOL! In the end we closed on an amazing house in our budget with all the features we wanted. If I could ask one more thing of him, it would be that he could take care of our real estate needs ANYWHERE, not just Vegas! Jim we can't thank you enough
