  Luis and Eduardo have been the best of help with being available for my home while we were dealing with a faulty climate system. They went above and beyond with providing my family with heaters and allowing me to contact them outside of work hours until the string of issues was ultimately resolved. I also notice how they keep the parks clean despite the other residents not picking up after themselves and their pets. These are two hardworking and friendly guys. Glad to have them both in the community.

  I recently had the pleasure of renting a unit from Habitat @ DTLV, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the property manager Jennifer provided exceptional service, making my move-in process smooth and hassle-free. Jennifer's straightforward and helpful approach was a breath of fresh air. She patiently answered all my questions, promptly addressed any concerns, and guided me through the rental process with professionalism and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel valued as a tenant, and I couldn't have asked for a better property manager. One aspect that impressed me greatly was the transparency and absence of hidden fees. Jennifer ensured that I had a clear understanding of all the costs associated with the rental, eliminating any surprises along the way. The rental property itself exceeded my expectations. It is evident that Habitat @ DTLV takes pride in providing a comfortable and well-maintained living space. The house boasted modern appliances, which were in excellent condition and made daily life convenient and enjoyable. The attention to detail in terms of maintenance and cleanliness was commendable. Another noteworthy aspect of Habitat @ DTLV is the safe and secure environment. All the neighbors that I have interacted with so far have been very friendly, and I have had zero issues with noises late at night or anything like that. The gate is never left open, and it has worked every time I've used it. Finally, I would like to mention that the few small maintenance issues I encountered within the first few months of renting were handled swiftly by Habitat @ DTLV.

  super awesome, amazing homes but so damn expensive. if I made the income requirements I would for sure live here!!! 3 story houses hidden in a neighborhood, seclusive and gated, so dope! a really pleasant place to stay I imagine. the floor plans were so big and different for each floor plan! check them out if you can afford 2000+ and above homes.

  The management lied about losing our check that we left them for rent so we had to pay double rent plus late fees in the same month. After that incident they were lying to us about multiple things so we decided to move out to a better community. Unfortunately, they even put on our record that we supposedly paid late one month even though it was not true, and somehow throughout our years of renting we never had the same issue. Think of that what you want, but make sure to document everything with them, better safe than sorry.
