- MMmariyahDec 1, 20251.05 AM CONSTRUCTION RIGHT BY YOUR WINDOW AND CHEAP FINISHES Per new ordinance they no longer have to wait until 7 am or finish the block. So we are now stuck waking up at 5 am because there is a house being build right next to us. And there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. We attempted to email construction manager to ask if they maybe can finish houses that are next to residences that are occupied first before building out the rest of the street - to no avail. It’s a nightmare, it started about a year after we bought a house, if we knew, we would have never bought a house here. Next, we paid for upgrades finishes, but they are still very low quality. Our counter chipped in 3 different places already, one of the cabinet doors is warped, faucets were not installed properly and water pressure is terrible. The doors are so hollow and cheap that every time you close it, it sounds like you are slamming it. The words cannot express how disappointed we are.
