  I’ve never written a review before, but this place was genuinely so bad I wanted to share my experience. Living here for the past year has been awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, no matter how good the deal looks at first. Please save yourself the stress of ridiculous move out fees that you didn’t cause, the insane roach infestation, and the overall poorly managed community. Pest issues: This place is completely roach infested. We noticed a few before moving in, but figured cleaning would resolve the issue. After deep cleaning, we found a full infestation behind the fridge. The pest control service (which you pay for monthly) did nothing to help. No matter how often we cleaned or used traps, roaches kept appearing from outlets, wall cracks, and cabinets. Many other residents have posted similar complaints, so this isn’t an isolated case. Water issues: Water shut-offs were FREQUENT. Early on, we’d at least get notified, but later, they often turned the water off without any warning. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re getting ready for work and suddenly discover there’s no water. Move out charges: After moving out, we were hit with unfair charges — including carpet replacement and “pet damage” even though we didn’t have pets. I briefly pet-sat my parents’ cats for a few days, which they’re now using as an excuse to charge extra. When I tried to discuss the charges with the assistant manager (Marisela Chavez), she was defensive and unhelpful. Left with no choice, we’re currently pursuing legal action due to these unjust fees. Save yourself the stress and don’t move here. If the appearance is still tempting you, the supposedly “modern” finishes are cheap and poorly built, the paint chips easily, and the building infrastructure is weak. The staff was friendly at first, but the property management company (Greystar) seems more interested in squeezing money out of residents than providing decent living conditions. When we were moving in, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind and I don’t doubt the good reviews the staff has received. However, the switch up once you move out is crazy. They are only friendly at first to get you to lease. I promise you when you move out they are incredibly hard to reach, dismiss your concerns, and hostile because they know they’re scamming you. Marisela claims that she can’t help with any of our issues without the manager but the manager is conveniently NEVER in office or reaches out. We were told multiple times to go in to the office on specific days because the manager would be there but she’s been calling out every time. Seriously avoid this place it’s not worth it.

  Great management, quick to respond and helpful. Marcela, Mayra, Karla, Grey, Jason and AJ are all friendly and professional. Love the location as well, everything is close by.
