  Toll Brothers advertises that they are a “luxury home builder” when in reality their low quality and complete lack of customer service places them squarely in the shanty development category. It’s bad enough to have a punch list on new construction hundreds of items long that is still not completed and resolved 18 months post closing but Toll gives 4 hour windows for appointments and subs fail to keep appointments or come on days they aren’t scheduled. Toll management adds insult to injury by not having the basic baseline decency to be apologetic and try to appropriately address problems. We are in a community of 109 homes Toll built and just about everyone here has huge construction defects and poor quality items that we all paid top dollar for. BUYER BEWARE I’m sure they don’t bother to monitor their website because they don’t care about anything but scamming people to accumulate wealth Bet my post won’t get a Toll management response!
