- NWNick WagnerApr 21, 20234.0The lots are incredibly small! Beautiful houses as always from Toll Brothers. They're building a community pool only for the gated Toll Brothers community. Not necessarily Toll Brothers fault, but the lots in all of Skye Canyon have gotten extremely small for phase 3. Directly from my in-laws who bought in phase 1 Pulte, the community has not stuck to the original plan sold to the early clients.
