- BKBrian KaneMay 1, 20254.0Toll Bros is tough. They have great layouts, definitely look nice, and those single story high rise ceilings are absolutely stunning. The only thing you need to do new build or buying from someone is to just get your own house inspector. Fork up the money, it's worth every penny. They will make sure that every single piece is done correctly, and will keep coming out until it is done right. Trust me, they have seen every shortcut these builders try to pull, so they know to what to look out for. New homes come with a warranty so you can get all of the repairs done, purchasing from someone is even better as you can knock down the price for all the repairs and deal with the issues later. Like I said, worth every penny. Toll Bros itself is okay. It's not that they do a worse job than other new home builders, they actually do a better job than other builders. But the quality for builders in Vegas is at a very low standard. Builders do everything to ensure that you waive the home inspection, and have their guy take you through it all. Get your own. Obviously the head of construction for that neighborhood has a conflict of interest to get you in the house asap. 4 stars. Good quality. Good staff. Buyer beware, just hire a professional inspector when you are buying a home.

They use lowest quality trades and cut corners and make many errors in builds then refuse to make it right. Look into them on social media and news. Lots of lawsuits and extremely unhappy customers Worst builder we have ever dealt with.
