  Please do not move there unless you really really have to enough nowhere else since this place is super cheap but when I moved in the apartment was filthy I told the office and they claimed I just wanted to get out of my lease and then the window was broken when I first moved in the outlets were falling off and all that stuff I have pictures and emails that I sent and guess what when I moved out they are charged me for the broken window that was broken before I got there and they want me to pay money and they kept my deposit and now I have collections calling me over a window that I did not break and saying I owe them money. The manager said she was going to help me out because she knows it was already broken and I sent her all the proof but for some reason they ended up just selling it into collections and now I’m stuck getting called all the time for something that I did not do. legit ruining my my record and I always paid my rent. My first experience getting my own apartment and unfortunately, they burnt out my record. First time when I paid all my rent. I didn’t destroy anything crazy to me.

  I’ve been here since November I get hot water maybe once or twice a week if I’m lucky this week seems like none at all. There’s a leak. I think that’s happening on my ceiling. Hasn’t been looked at to be honest. There’s a lot of roaches I’ve been spraying and spraying and spraying keeping my food covered, having to have to rewash my clothes using up so much water to get the water hot that never turns hot using water to boil so I can have somewhat of a lukewarm room temperature water if I’m lucky

  The apartments are not too bad but after months of living here, hot water is not existent. Even after letting the shower warm up for 10+ minutes and waiting for it to heat up and wasting water, it never gets hot. Three entire buildings run off the same water heater and hot water is non existent. Think wisely before moving in here.

  Hello I really really love it here it’s been awesome dealing with Cynthia & sherry they where making sure they went above and beyond with the move in it’s a couple of things that needed addressing but they made sure they had someone on it and the maintenance guys are awesome they work hard and fast it’s a lot of people on here leaving bad comments but they are doing there best to make sure they keep the community updated
